저서 "인생은 불확실하나 하나님은 확실합니다"

I will talk about my personal story. This is not the story of success. This is not the story how to succeed, this is the story how to lose well.
The difference between successful people and non-successfulpeople, is not successful people always succeed and unsuccessful people dont. The difference, however, is that successful people lose well, and unsuccessful people lose badly.
This is the story of how God worked in my life. God drove my life through Grace.
Grace means even though. Even though I am weak, Even though I make a mistake, even though I am failure, even though I am sinner, God used me.
Not because I am strong, not because I am perfect, he used me for his kingdom even though I was weak.

This story has 3 parts.

1st I will take about how God drove my life with GRACE.
Next I will talk about why we have to live share with our neighbor.
Lastly, I will talk about Business As Mission.
I was a born in a very small village in Korea. My father was poor farmer. My oldest brother was an alcoholic, and died because of alcoholism in his mid-40s. My 2nd brother committed suicide. My sister didnt even have a chance to attend elementary school.
After I finished middle school, my father told me to attend a 5 year technical school. He did not have enough money to send me to regular college. At that time, if you wanted your child to go to school, you had to sell whatever you have. Cows, land were all used to raise money.. My father was poor. There was no school loan system or scholarships.
I was not that good in school. Our report card showed the rank from the class. From 39 students, I was 7th, 9th, 17th, 16th and 4th. I was especially not good in English. Mostly, I was a C in English.
In my 2nd year in high-school, I had a big change in my life. I became a Christian. This was the revolution that changed my life. Because, until that time, I had set my own limitations. If I considered my situation, I did not have possibilities to go to a 4 year college. So, I gave up going to 4 years college.
But, I started to dream about going to college. I thought that, while I called God as a Father, Giving up without even trying is being unfaithful to God. I thought at least, I had to knock the door. So, I started to prepare to transfer to 4 years college. If I passed transfer exam, I could transfer to 3rd year on 4 years college.
I could transfer to Inha university. I had to raise the tuition from my sister and my friends.
At the same time, I found a job at Korea Power Electric Company. So, I worked during day time and attended evening class.
After finish 4 years college, I set a new goal. I wanted to become professor in college.
So, I applied for a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering at Seoul National University, one of the best schools in Korea. But I failed. I tried the following year. I failed again. I tried 3rd time, and again I failed. That was my personal limitation. I was not that good.
I was disappointed after the 3rd try. But, I heard news from my friend, that my company looking for a person who needed computer programming work. I wanted to do something new. I applied and accepted.
I loved computer programming. I was never tired even though I worked all day long, spending time to understand and analyze computer software. Because I loved it, and worked hard, I became better than other co-workers in the company. Then, the company sent me to United State for technical training.
Failing 3 times at the Seoul National University was my limitation, but starting computer programming work was Gods grace.
I arrived at JFK on 1984,. I had 4 months technical training at Harris Corporation in Melbourne FL. When I returned to Korea, I decided to come back to the US for further study.
I prepared for 2 years while working at the company. I received admission from Stevens Institute of Technology. Studying was not easy. I spent most of my time in the school library so I could finish my Master degree at Computer Science within 3 semesters.
Still, I wanted to become a professor. I want to apply for my Ph. D degree. My wife was strongly against my plan. After my family arrived in the US, my son and my wife stayed at my mother-in-laws house in Staten Island, worked 12 hours at a fish market. I stayed in a school dorm. There was no family life. Facing the reality, I gave up my dream for being professor.
Sometime, you have to acknowledge the brutal reality that sometimes you have to give-up your dream. Giving-up is not the end of life. Many times, giving-up could be the beginning of a new life. I never regretted giving-up my pursuit of a Ph. D. I rather thank God who involved in my life.
At that time, I even did not have a green card. It was not easy finding a job. Maybe, I applied to almost 50 companies. Only a few companies gave me a job interview. I was accepted at very small company, who had only 10 employees.
My starting salary was $25,000 per year. At that time, the average salary for someone with a master degree in Computer Science was $30,000. I had no choice. Without a job, I cannot prove anything. I started my job with a condition that I would get a salary review after 6 months.
After 6 months, my manager thought I have enough skill to receive $30,000. He met the president of the company to recommend my salary to $30,000. The president suggested $28,000 to my manager.
My manager told me that, if I want more than $28,000, I have to tell president directly. So, I met the president. He, again told me $28,000. I told him I cannot accept that. Then, I asked him Do you know why I worked 15 hours every day?
I loved computer programming. Almost every day, after dinner, I went back to work and worked until mid-night. I did not tell anyone what I was doing. Maybe, my manager guessed, I was working a lot longer than 8 hours per day.
The president asked why I worked such a long hour. He said I do not remember, we paid overtime to you. Even you never asked it. I said Sir, I was hired as Software Programmer. I want to do my job properly. To do so, I worked 15 hours. Now, I have enough skill to perform the duty. I want $30,000. He was quiet for a bit; then he told me he would pay $31,000. My salary increased almost 30% every year. 4 years later, I received $80,000 per year and I became R&D director.
Do you want to receive more salary? Do you want to know how? Work more than the company pays. Most of the people work as much as the company pays. They think working more than the company pays is nonsense. They think it is stupid. Company is also not stupid. Company also do not want to pay more than they work. So, if you want to receive a higher salary, you have to provide very clear reasons to the company. If not, do not expect to receive more money.
I was at an exhibition conference. At the time, I could not speak English well. Without proper Communication skills, you still could make good software. I wanted to show what I developed. When people pass by I would drag the person into the exhibition booth.
Later, the VP of Sales told me the shocking story. On that day, one person asked him to explain our product. Even though he couldnt understand what I was trying to say, by looking at my gesture and enthusiasm, he felt we had something. Language skills are important, but passion is more important. Passion can transfer information without talking.
After 6 months I started my work in US, I was assigned to a new task. It was developing software using optical disk technology. The company never had this expertise. So, the company hired a software developing company to do the job. My role was learning for future projects.

After few weeks later, I found I can do that job. I asked to my manager how my company pays the money to the consulting company, hourly based pay, or fixed pay.
He asked why I was asking that kind of question. I said him, If we pay a fixed amount, I would work with them. But if we pay hourly, I wanted that job. I felt I could finish that job. That job was given to me, and I could finish without any problems.
For success, you must have ownership. What is Ownership? Ownership is when, he or she, is not an owner, that he/she think like owner and act like owner. I was not owner when I was assigned the first project. After I became owner, I found that was ownership.
Someone may say, What happen if the owner does not recognize his ownership. Most owners will recognize your ownership. But, if it does not happen, do not worry. Because, you will become the owner. But without ownership, you will not become the owner.
When I went to a PGA golf game at first time, I was very excited to watch a pro golfers game. But, after following 3 holes, I got tired and started looking for some place to sit down and watch. I felt something strange. Because, when I play my own golf game, I was never that tired, even though I walked 18 holes carrying a golf bag. Why was that? Because, that game was not my game, but their game. Ownership makes their game to my game.
I started my own company, ISI, when I was 35 years old, in a home office. I did not have any management knowledge. Sometimes, knowledge becomes a barrier for starting a new thing. Once you know uncertainty, you will know fear. If you do not know, you can be brave. I did not have that much money. I borrowed $20,000 from my mother-in-law.
The first task was my job title. I was the only employee at the company. I was not sure what to call myself. I was not brave enough to call myself President. So, at first, I called myself V.P R&D. But, then, I felt it was not correct. If your company has a V.P, you should have a President. I found someone call himself Principal. I thought that looked better. So, I called myself Principal. When I started my company, I never thought, I would become president of a big company. I did not have company management knowledge, and I thought I did not have leadership to lead people.
I made my first business agreement with a company in Germany. Because I did not have any business experience, it was a very simple one page agreement. 50% of sales price should be given to me who developed the software, and another 50% kept to sales partner company.
Later, I found that, the partner company charged 15% of the sales price, as a software maintenance fee, to the customer, every year. He never paid it to me. I told him, that is not fair. He promised to pay 50% of software maintenance fee to me.
He might have thought, he kept integrity, because he kept his promise of what was written in a contract. But to build trust, keeping written agreement is not enough. Trust can be built when you think at the other persons point of view.
Integrity is very important for success, but why is it that so many people do not keep it? Because, they think keeping integrity is a minus in business. Yes, they are correct. In the short term, it is a minus. But, if you think long term, it is a plus.
I think Integrity has a break-even point. From my experience, it is about 3 years. Before 3 years, keeping integrity could be minus. But after 3 years, it turn to plus. So, if you want to have business for less than3 years, you do not need to have integrity. But, if you want to do business more than 3 years, you need to have integrity.
My company started growing rapidly, after the first electronic submission to the FDA of a 200,000 page Novartis Pharmaceutical Company new drug submission.
I had only 10 employees in 1997. Within 2 years, the company grew to 100 people. Once you have this kind of success, things follow accordingly. It is arrogance. It is too much pride.
I think everyone wants to become a humble person. But, once you start to think your success is the result of your hard work, you become arrogant.
God was involved in my life. In year 2000, just after huge success year, the company faced a big challenge. I gave such a big bonus at the end of 1999, within 6 months, I faced a big financial challenges. I asked why to myself. I found the answer from the bible.
Deuteronomy 8 says: When you eat and are satisfied, when you build fine houses and settle down, and when your herds and flocks grow large and your silver and gold increase and all you have is multiplied, then your heart will become proud and you will forget the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. You may say to yourself, "My power and the strength of my hands have produced this wealth for me." But remember the LORD your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your forefathers, as it is today. When I read this, I cannot hold my emotions. I cried. I found my success was not come from my hard-work, but from Gods blessing.
After the company made a profit, we decided to give 10% of the profit to a charitable organization. The accumulated amount is almost $1M. Even we decided on a 10% donation, it was not that easy to keep that promise. Once the amount got bigger, there was a temptation to cancel the initial promise. So, we decided to make this commitment official in the company mission statement. By doing that, we announced not only to the employee but also to all our customers.
From being born in a small town, to receiving the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, I set many goals. To be successful, you have to have a clear goal. The major reason why you need to have a clear goal is that, without a clear goal, it is hard to focus on what you do, if you cannot focus on what you do, you cannot find joy. If you do not have a clear feeling of your goal, it is not a goal.
To be successful, you need enthusiasm. Enthusiasm consists of LOVE and ANGER. To have enthusiasm, you must love what you do. But love is not enough. You need anger. Love is not the only energy source. Anger is also energy source. Anger is the energy to be controlled. When does anger happen? Anger happens when you miss the goal.
I loved golf. But, after excellent driver shot, I am thinking buddy. If I shank the ball, I could not help but use foul language. But at the driving range, I never have seen anyone do that. Why is that? Because, at the driving range, you do not have a clear goal. If you want to have anger energy, you should have a clear goal.
Once you have a goal, you should let other people know your goal. If not, you will easily forget it. Your friend may forget your goal, but you will not. The real reason to announce your goal is not for other people. It is for you.
I could not set the big goal. But I set a goal which I can feel. If you cannot set a big goal, it is OK. But you have to set a 2-3 year goal. Once you achieve your goal, you will see next goal. It is look like mountain climbing. Once you reach at one point, you can see next goal.
Everything has a right time. In 2010, I decided to sell my company to a big company, Computer Science Corporation.
For 18 years, during company operation, I gave stock or stock option to key people in a company. So, when I sold the company, few key managers became millionaires. Over 50 people received over $50,000. If you become successful, you have to share success with the people who contribute to the success. That is one of the ways to become more successful.
To share my success, I also founded Grace Charity Foundation to help Christian missions and education.
I want to summarize how to be successful.

1. You have to love what you do.
2. You have to work more than company pays.
3. You must demonstrate ownership.
4. You must have a clear goal.
5. You must seek Gods blessing.
6. You have to be humble. To be humble, you have
to read the bible regularly.
7. You have to overcome hardship. Hardship does
not give happiness, but hardship is useful.
8. You must have Integrity. Integrity comes from
when you think of other people.
9. Do not set your own limits.
10. Lose well. The difference between successful
people and unsuccesful people is that successful
people lose well, and unsuccessful people lose badly.
After I sold company, I made GITXM at native village in Canada, which is adjacent at the bottom of Alaska. I will talk details later.

Sharing

Let me talk about sharing.
We, Christians must share what we have, with our neighbors. Why?
In Matthew 25: 14-30, there is well known story of talent. Before, one man has a long journey. He called 3 servants, and gave five talents of money to one, two to another two talents, and to another one talent.
The man who had received the five talents gained five more. Also the one with the two talents gained two more. But the man, who had received the one talent, dug a hole in the ground. After a long time the master returned and settled accounts with them. At the time, he told to the servant who gained, Great job.
But He told to the person who had one talent, You wicked, lazy servant. Can you understand what the man said? wicked and lazy. I was not. I understood the lazy part, it is lazy, because the person who had to work, did not work. But I could not understand wicked part. Is it wicked?
But, I found the true meaning while reading another part of bible. In Deuteronomy 15:9. It states Be careful, not to harbor this wicked thought: "The seventh year, the year for canceling debts, is near," so that you do not show ill will toward your needy brother, and give him nothing. He may then appeal to the LORD against you, and you will be found guilty of sin.
On the year for canceling debts, you have to cancel all debts to your brother. Once the year for canceling debts is near, it is not unlikely that one would have hesitation to lend money to his brother. The risk factor is high. The possibility for not receiving is high.
But, God tells us that this activity is a sin.
We think of sin as only doing harm to another. But, God defines sin as not doing what we must do.
To the one who has made a profit, doing nothing is sin.
If you do not lend money to your needy brother, it is sin.
Christian should be the light of the world, if you do not do that, that is a sin.
If you spend money only for your own immediate family, it is sin.
Sharing is so important. But sharing is not that easy. Why is that?
It is because; you think your success is the result of your solo hard-work and effort.
If that is the truth, then you do not need to share.
After I sold my company, I made very good money. I calculated what percentage of that effort was my blood and sweat. I separated this by category. Then I put my personal effort within each category. The total sum of my effort was 36.5%.
This means that only 36.5% was mine. The other 2/3 of my assets were not mine. Then, how was the other 2/3 earned? That were earned from the grace of God. Sometime, it was earned by sheer luck.
I wanted to become a professor. I tried 3 times at the Seoul National University. I failed because I couldnt meet the standards. Because of that, I switch from Electrical Engineering to Computer Science. My success came from Computer Science, not Electrical Engineering.
I used the TIF file format solution as a core solution for my business. So, when the PDF file was introduced by Adobe, I thought of it as a direct threat. But, one of my customers, Novartis Pharmaceutical Company, wanted the PDF format as the solution. Even though that was not my preferred solution, I agreed to it for customer to make money. But my company started growing quickly because the PDF solution. It was not my original plan.
The path of success was not my doing. I was just the steward, the manager. Sharing became difficult because I think what I have is mine. Once I think it is not mine, it is very easy to share.
I travel by airplane often. One time, when I was on the way back from Canada, I hesitated buying sandwich. It cost $8 which I could buy normally for $5. I did not buy it. Why? I had to spend MY money and it cost too much because it was my money.
But, I can easily spend $10,000 for supporting some organization from my charity. Because, it is the money that I must spend.
Once you think that something is not yours, it is very easy to spend it.

Business and Mission (BAM)
(Business As Mission)

I will talk about some details about what I am doing for the indigenous people in Canada.
For a long time, business has been used for a mission. In most cases, it is used FOR mission, where mission is not allowed, such as Islamic country. These companies receive financial support from the supporting church. This is Business For Mission. They do business for only mission. Mostly missionaries have done this.
But, this approach results in failure. The biggest reason is that, the missionary often doesnt have business knowledge or talent to make it successful. In business should turn a profit after 3- 4 year. But, most companies whose charter is Business For Mission, cannot do that. Because, their focus is mission, free giving.
Business requires a special talent. The Business environment is brutal. It is a survival game. If you do not have talent, and no experience in business, the possibility for failure is extremely high.
There is a big difference between business and a non-profit mission. For mission, you must have the attitude to search for even one lost sheep, while leaving 100 normal sheep back. But in business, if you try to achieve a 1% probability, leaving the 99% possibility, you are not business person. It is almost impossible, doing these two different things by one person.
Now, business experts are involved in the mission field. This call is Business As Mission. If you do business right way at mission field, that is mission. Business As Mission does not use Business as a just tool for mission. Business activities alone can be mission.
I spent a lot of my time at Gitanyow where it is very close to the bottom of Alaska. If you drive, it takes 16 hours from Vancouver to the village. It takes 14 hours from my NJ home to the home at Gitanyow.
About 500 people live at Gitanyow. Within 30 min driving distance, there are about 2,000 people.
The total Native population in Canada is about 1.2M. The population increases every year. 1 out of 4 people is an alcoholic. About 90% of people rely on government support.
The suicide rate for youth is 6 times higher than the average Canadian. Sometime group suicide even happens. High school drop rate is over 50%.
Because financial support is available for anyone under 18 years old, they have many children. Most of them start to have children when they are in their teens. 50% of population is under 25 years old.
The biggest reason for these problems is that, there are no jobs on the reservation. They have too much time on their hands.
Residential School damaged there life and culture. Once a child becomes 5 years old, they were mandatorily separated from their parents, and sent to a boarding school. In school, they were not allowed to speak their native language. If they were caught speaking their native tongue, they were punished severely. Over 3,000 students had been died. Most of the residential schools closed in the 60s. But still they have a bad impression of Christians because, most of the teachers at that residential school were Christians.
The native church has many problems. There is no full-time pastor. Financial support is impossible. You cannot find young people in any age group at the church. The church setting is not suitable young people.
Last winter, I attended Sunday service. It started at 7 pm. At 11:30 at night, it still continued. There was no detail agenda for service. Anyone can spend unlimited time on testimony.
It might be OK for old people, but it is a very difficult setting for young people. In this setting, you cannot expect young people to come. The average church member at the native church is around 20. If this condition continues, most of the native church will close within 20 years.
Native missions also have problems. Most of the mission focused on short term aid and not long term self-sustainability.
So far, I had many examples for requesting help. One person asked me to support tuition. One person asked me to help with the electric bill. One person asked for food. A Basketball team and Field hockey team asked donation. Someone even asked for wedding support.
At the beginning, I helped. Then many more people asked for help. Mostly free help. Now, I do not give free help. Instead, I provide working opportunities. Students will pickup bracken(°»ё) from this spring.
Until 5 years ago, I did not have a plan for the indigenous people. Even today, I do not have passion to hug everyone. God called me in a very unique way.
In summer 2010, my church went to a summer mission trip to a native village at Canada. The village was located far north from Vancouver. It took 16 hours to get there. It took 2 days just to go one way. We stayed in the middle spot city at Prince George.
On the return trip, we took a big bus with other church people. I had a chance to talk with young people from Toronto.
The next morning, he approached me, and said God sent a message to him for me. He continued You are struggling with some kind of decision making. God told me that you do that work. Under normal circumstances, I am not the person who takes listens to this type of message.

My major was science. I am a business person.
The real strange thing was that, I began to believe, that it was Gods message. It made me struggle more. Then God sent me the same message what He gave to Ester Who knows but that you have come to royal position, for such a time as this?"
I asked myself why me? To do this kind work, you have to be a person who can understand the indigenous people. To do so, you have to have a similar background.
My older brother was an alcoholic. My 2nd brother committed suicide. My sister had not even finished elementary school. These three my issues are the same issues that the indigenous people have today.
I recognized God planned this for me from a long time ago.
1 year after the first trip, I established Gitx Mushroom Inc in the indigenous village with 2 native leaders.
The final goal of this company isThe company, Of the Native, By the Native, For the Native
If you look at the company logo, In the eagle which stands for excellency and courage, you will find bracken °»ё at the wing, and mushroom at the middle of body. This emphasize that, this company is of Native.
When I found the company, I stated 30% of the profit would be used to help native people, at least 20% for Christian mission and 10% for education.
Currently, I own 80%, and 20% are owned by 2 native people. I will sell most of my share to the natives in the coming years.
This area is clean. In this area, excellent quality of Bracken°»ё and pine-mushroom is growing. Chaga(В°№ј) is a new product. The company makes product with this and sells it.
I also am helping young people on the top of business.
I chose potential people and provided a free vision trip to NY. Money wise, it is free. But they have to earn it by doing something else.
They have a lot of free time. They use Facebook heavily. I created a Facebook Page for daily bible reading. This Page is a member only Page. Every morning, I post a daily bible reading on that page.
Each member has to read that part and choose one verse that he / she likes most. And then copy/paste that section as a comment. Each time, they earn 1 point. Once you have 300 points, you can earn a free trip.
Currently, we have 23 members. But once they do not read anything within a week, they will be kicked out of from membership. So far, we did 517 days. This summer, 6 people will come for the vision trip. Seeing is very important. Once they see things, they start to change.
I only do business. I am not a missionary. But from June this year, young / youth pastor will start to serve native people for mission work and I will support him.
Now, I have a dream to build a church, in which 100 young people gather together for Sunday service. I never had seen that church yet. Once that happen, people will see possibilities.
I am ready to serve rest of my life for the indigenous people. I do not know how long it will take to achieve my goal. Maybe 10 years, maybe 20 years, maybe nothing could happen after 30 years. But I will do my work, because God called me to do this job. He will use me to do his work.
People may think to do Gods work, you have to be strong. People may think I am strong. I am not strong. I have made many mistakes. Even I made mistakes, even I am weak, God uses me.
I will talk what happened last one year.
Last year January, I visited LA to sell °»ё. After dinner with my friend, he suggested to have a coffee. The street was narrow and dark. One car was coming from the opposite side. To avoid a head on collision, I kept to right side. But it was too close, and it scratched the car on the street. The street was dark. Nobody saw it. My friend was already leaving. I left that spot quickly. I wanted to run away from that spot.
At the coffee shop, I could not enjoy it. I remembered what I said at my speech before. God watches me all the time. But what I did is not what I had said. After coffee, I went back to the spot. The car was still there. I put a memo on the front of car. When I arrived to the hotel, I received a call. It was a Korean lady. She said Thank you. I asked to get a quotation from body shop. It came $670. I paid $900 for considering her time. Later, I sold °»ё to her.
4 months later, when I was in the indigenous village. I went to a local supermarket. I want to buy mosquito coils. But, by mistake, I dropped a mosquito spray bottle nearby and It broke. I picked the broken pieces immediately on the shelf, and left the area immediately.
When I passed through the counter, I began to struggle. One side of me kept saying nobody saw it. But the other kept saying God saw it. My conscience said You should confess it when you did it. It has already passed, so forget it But the other said If you not confess it now, you will regret it for the rest of your life.
I told the lady Hold on and went to the place and picked up the broken bottle. I said I am sorry. I broke this. I would like to buy it. She asked me Do you need it?. I said I made mistake and I would like to buy it. Then she said You do not have to pay for it. The things happen. Do not worry about it. You must wash your hand, because the chemical is not good for you. We became good friends from afterwards.
Last December, I went to Home Depot near my home. After shopping, when I loaded what I bought to my car, I found one item which I had not paid for. I never knew it. The clerk never saw it. I immediately went back to the counter and told her the item missed being scanned. She said Thank you.
Paul Valerie said If you do not do what you think, soon, you will think as what you do
We have to try hard what to practice what we believe. The temptation never ends.
Looking back through my life, I could not find the time where I was strong or a time where I was perfect. I made many mistakes. Many time, things did not happen as I had planned. Because it did not happen as I planned, better things happened to me. Even though I was weak, God used me. God was with me not because I was strong, but because I was weak.
In the future, I do not need to be strong. I do not need to be perfect. God will use me even if I am weak. Maybe I have to be weak to be used by God. At the moment I feel that I am strong, God may leave me because, I do not need God any longer.
So, to be used by God, we do not need to wait until you are strong. As it is is enough. What God really wants is Respond today.
After one seminar, a young man asked. Did you plan, from beginning, so many wonderful things that you did for your company?
My answer was No.
In the beginning, I never planned sharing 10% profit for charity.
In the beginning, I never planned I would have an interview with all employee every year to listen their voice.
In the beginning, I never promised I would pay honest tax.
But, one thing I tried very hard. Once I learned what is right, I try very hard to keep doing the right thing.
So, you do not need to have a BIG plan. But, one thing you have to promise now. Once you learn what is right, you have to try hard to do that.
Jesus said He who, has ears, let him hear. He told to something to the crowd. He did not explain what that meant. But he explained it to his followers.
What is the difference between the crowd and a follower?
The crowds are the people who only listen. But followers are the people who act upon what they learned. If you want to become followers, you have to try hard act upon what you learned.
Once, I struggled by only believing, not acting.
So, I thought, not only just learn bible, I have to act what I learned from bible.
Later I found, I was wrong. The real reason why I did not act was because I was not really believing.
If you really believe, there is no other way but to act.
Thank you.
God bless you.
